LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING & POLICY

Members of the team are currently involved in advising and assisting the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power regarding amendment of Enforcement and Regulatory provisions of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001. Further, the members of the team were also appointed as consultants along with Ernst & Young for advising the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power on preparation of an Enforcement Manual for the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 along with drafting of the same.
