Mr. Animesh Kumar has a diverse experience in general civil and criminal litigation before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Earlier, Mr. Animesh was working with Mr. Neeraj Shekhar who is an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India and appeared in more than 1000 matters pertaining to every branch of law including criminal laws, service laws, civil disputes, law related to educational institution etc. In a short span, He is having numerous reported judgments in his name. One of his such matter in the filed of Arbitration was regarding Arbitrablity of fraud which was highly appreciated and also included in the course study of some of the premier law schools like National Law School of India University (NLS) Bangalore and Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), Haryana. He is possessing vast experience in the filed of law reated to educational institutions and is regularly appearing against Education Regulator like AICTE, MCI, DCI, NCTE before Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He had represented the cause of 4 Lacs Primary School Teacheres before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in a case related to Equal pay for Equal Work. Looking into the expertise of Mr Animesh in constitutional matters, he was engaged as a counsel by the State of Chattisgarh in a matter related to the reservation policy promulgated by the State of Chhattisgarh.

 

Prior to setting up the firm, Mr. Nishant Kumar has worked with Praxis Counsel since 2015 and was a founding member and key player in setting up another law firm i.e.Charter Law Chambers. Mr. Nishant Kumar started his career in infrastructure and regulatory litigation under the guidance and mentorship of Mr. Sanjay Sen, who is a designated Senior Counsel. Mr. Nishant Kumar has a rich experience of Infrastructure and Regulatory Litigation, having worked with two renowned Regulatory Law Firms. Further, some of the experienced professionals in infrastructure and regulatory litigation earlier working with Praxis Counsel and Charter Law Chambers, have also joined Mr. Nishant Kumar.
