Mr. Animesh Kumar and his team is actively involved in the practice of Insolvency and Bankruptcy law since its inception and conducted various matters before NCLT, NCLAT and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He was also involved in a matter related to insolvency proceeding against Spice Jet before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
