The team has represented many big corporate houses along with various PSUs and government organization in several complex and technical arbitration disputes. In the field of arbitration, Mr. Animesh had an oourtunity to appear before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on the issue of Arbitrblity of fraud wherein the matter was decided in favour of his client which has been reported in SCC Law Journal [(2019) 8 SCC 710]. Considering the importance of issues involved in the above matter, it has also been included in the course study of some of the premier law schools like Natitional Law School of India University (NLS), Banglore and Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), Haryana. He is also representing the leading player in the field of Medical Equipment before Hon’ble Delhi High Court in a case of conflict between The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and MSME Development Act, 2006 and got stay of institutional arbitration in the favour of his client. Mr. Nishant Kumar had various opportunities to advise and represent several stakeholders in the power sector before the arbitral tribunals at Mumbai and New Delhi. Further, Mr. Nishant’s team dealt with one of the biggest arbitrations pertaining to Waste to Energy, on delay in approval by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation for commissioning of the said WTE plant.
